A Research On Financial Management Mode Of Digital Publishing Projects Of FH Publishing Company

With the rapid development of Internet media technology and the rise of high-quality new media operation,traditional publishing companies face great challenges.So it's very important for traditional publishing companies to change themselves based on this new situation.At present,China's publishing and media industry is in the new wave of cultural industry reform,but they can't follow and adapt to the trend of new media business so they're affected and getting the decline of traditional business performance.Therefore,it's necessary to explore a set of fund management mode that conforms to Chinese characteristics for publishing companies' digital publishing projects.The original extensive management modecan'tfit the rapid changes of the current market environment,so it's necessary to change the management mode to realize the reduction of revenue and expenditure,and to respond quickly to adapt to the market.Therefore,it's imperative to realize the transformation of project management.Facing the new situation,the future industry development pattern,development environment,the competitiveness and influence of the industry have undergone big changes,with the traditional management model,budget model often too slow to respond.In consideration of the changing needs of cultural enterprises,the state provides special funds for cultural guidance to provide financial support to eligible projects.This paper studiesthebeyondbudgeting idea model,byresearching the digital publishing special funds managementwhichishighly advanced in the FH publishing company who leads the publishing enterprises,deduced the budget ideas in publishing enterprises project funds management.This paper concludes that the beyondbudgeting performances better with great information technology support in the project funds management,and it's more dynamic under the requirements of the review.The innovation of this paper is as follows :(1)To discuss the fund management mode of digital publishing project in line with China's national conditions.It's divided into two aspects: one is to make up for the shortage of traditional budget with the design of exceeding the budget;the other is to completely use the exceeding the budget for the management and target performance evaluation of special fund projects.(2)This paper discusses systematically and comprehensively the fund source channels and policy interpretation of China's digital projects.By studying the design,execution,resource allocation guarantee,process supervision and performance evaluation of digital publishing project,this paper proves the feasibility and competitiveness of the project based on the idea of exceeding budget.(3)Implementing the project of thinking beyond budget and the management shows the participation in accounting concept of financial integration of financial personnel in digital projects.The Beyond Budgeting mode mentioned in this paper is to design the Beyond Budgeting management for the project budget that is not included in the overall budget planning,which fills the previous gap and makes up for the slow response in the traditional budget management,and provides a reference for the design of the project and even the company's budget.
