Design And Implementation Of Chengdu Economic And Information Bureau Integrated Management Platform

By providing policy support and financial support to local enterprises,The Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology has driven the rapid development of the local economy.The integrity of it is conducive to the stable development of local economy.In order to reduce the occurrence of corruption,information management methods are used to analyze risk nodes from different perspectives,quickly identify risk phenomena,control risk in the bud,and maintain integrity in politics.This paper focuses on the comprehensive management platform of The Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,it analyzes the current service mode and management mode of Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology,describes the existing problems in the current business processing process,compares and analyzes the current situation of government management information at home and abroad,and leads to the direction and content of this paperSecondly,it compares and analyzes the commonly used software development technologies,and determines the technical architecture of the integrated management platform,including SSH architecture,Java EE technology and Oracle database management system.In the form of use case diagram,it describes and analyze the user requirements.The functional requirements of the system mainly include: collaborative work portal,major project management,special fund management,the three public consumptions management,collaborative office management and anti-corruption risk prevention and control.The non functional requirements of the system are summarized from the aspects of safety,reliability,stability and scalability.Then,the overall design and database design of the integrated management platform are carried out.The whole system is divided into five levels with the idea of hierarchical architecture,and the logical architecture of the system is designed with SSH architecture.According to the information status of The Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology,the system network architecture is designed in detail.The whole system is divided into different modules with the idea of modularization.The relationship between these modules is analyzed.The interface isused to realize the interaction between these modules.E-R chart and database table are used to design and explain the system database.At last,the operation process of the function is described by using sequence diagram and flow chart,and the function is programmed by java language,the implementation environment is deployed,and the standardized programming processing is implemented,the function is realized,and the page is displayed.The black box test and white box test are used to test the system in detail from the perspective of error test,general test,boundary test and performance test.Through the test,it can be seen that the system meets the actual business requirements in terms of function,and can run stably,and the performance indicators meet the requirements.Through the deployment and application of the integrated management platform,it integrates the common office functions,realizes the tracking of the whole process of major projects,can flexibly set up risk nodes,quickly identify potential risks,and promote the clean and honest governance of The Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology,which is of great significance to the local economic development.
