With the advent of the information age,customers' demand for timeliness,security and economy of logistics is increasing.In order to respond to customers' needs quickly,logistics enterprises and manufacturing enterprises have built their own warehouses and constantly updated their advanced infrastructure.The introduction of advanced equipment has led to the change of warehousing operation process.However,the traditional warehouse management system can not effectively match the new process of advanced equipment operation,nor effectively manage the resources,facilities and equipment in the warehouse,so it can only continuously upgrade and develop the new warehouse management system indirectly leads to the increase of the cost of the whole storage link.Therefore,more and more people pay attention to the research and development of warehouse management system with low coupling,flexible process management and convenient operation.Based on the automatic warehouse of Southwest Jiaotong University,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process management,storage resource management,operation convenience and secondary development on the automatic warehouse management system.Starting from the real-time dynamic tracking of warehousing operation process and tasks,the visual management of warehousing resources,and the flexible design and management of warehousing operation process,taking small and medium-sized third-party logistics warehouse as the service object,the main functions and operation processes of excellent warehousing management systems such as Qian li ma are used for reference,and the functional and non functional requirements of warehousing management system based on workflow are given Demand.Based on the functional requirements of the warehouse management system,firstly,completed the warehouse management system process design and database table design.Secondly,Activiti6.0 is the workflow engine,Eclipse is the development tool,Tomcat7.0 is the server,My SQL 5.6 is the database,Spring and Mybatis are used as the implementation framework to complete the development of the warehouse management system.The warehouse management system based on Workflow realizes the real-time tracking of warehouse in,warehouse out,warehouse transfer,inventory process and task,and flexible management of warehouse operation process,which reduces the coupling degree of the system.At the same time,in order to facilitate the enterprise to optimize the warehousing operation process and the allocation of warehousing resources,the method of connecting the database of the warehousing management system with the anyogic simulation software is given,which realizes the data exchange between the warehousing management system and the anyogic simulation software,and ensures the accuracy of the data and the high efficiency of the simulation.Finally,taking Jing Cheng warehouse's three-month warehousing data as the simulation input data,the warehousing process simulation is constructed,and the warehousing operation efficiency,personnel and forklift utilization are analyzed through simulation.The optimal resource allocation strategy is given with the optimal resource utilization rate and the maximum warehousing efficiency as the optimization objective.
