With the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and market demand,the demand for the type and quantity of rivets is constantly increasing.It is reported that the number of rivets and screws required for a large passenger aircraft is about 1.5 million.Enlarge the rivets for human eye observation.The entire feeding,testing,and classification processes are manual operations.Their work efficiency cannot meet the needs.The level of automation and testing efficiency have become the key research directions.Therefore,automatic nondestructive testing meets the current industrial needs?Based on the actual rivet detection and the functional requirements,this paper designs the overall framework of the rivet screening intelligent control system.This system is used for the detection and classification of rivets.When the rivets are transferred from the feeder to the loading detection device,the material detection device sucks the rivets to rotate through negative pressure and performs countersunk surface detection,and then transfers to the rotation detection device.After detecting the length of the rivets and the rivet cap in the rotation detection device,the computer processes the defective rivets and simultaneously determines the qualified rivets.In the process of classification,the entire process of this system adopts automatic non-destructive testing,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of testing and prompts the level of automation.The main content of this article includes the overall design of the system and covers four main parts.The first part is the mechanical structure,the design of the voltage stabilizing system,the loading detection system,the rotation detection system and the blanking system to automate the entire rivet detection process;The second part is the hardware design,the power supply module is designed to adapt to the working voltage of each module,the drive module is designed to drive the stepper motor and the servo in the system,and it also includes the acquisition module and the processor module;the third part is the control software design,Mainly used for scheduling the normal operation and information processing of the mechanical structure,including timing control and data communication with the host computer software;the fourth part is the host computer software and database,the host computer software is the command control terminal,and sends control commands to the control system And receive the response signal,at the same time establish personnel information management and rivet information management database table.After the equipment design is completed,the functional test of the entire system is carried out.The accuracy test,functional test and reliability test are carried out.The test results are relatively ideal to meet the requirements of the subject.At the same time,the application of automatic non-destructive testing in actual engineering is realized to a certain extent.
