Non-destructive testing gets widely attention and use in industrial area because it does destrutct the things to be tested. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of ET weld detecting system and the research of TOFD crack localizing algorithm in non-destructive testing area.This paper first introduces eddy current testing (ET). ET uses electromagnetic induction to test, so it is good at detecting the weld which is different from the other part of pipe in material. This paper designs and implements the weld detecting module in ET weld detecting system by this point.As for the localizing and calculating modules in ET weld detecting system, this paper discusses its development of CPLD and sloves the jitter disturbance of clockwise encoder.After analyzing the mathematical model and scan modes of TOFD, this paper researchs two different localizing algorithm through the mathematical...
