User-centered Medical Record Interaction Interface Design Research

At this stage,China is at the forefront of doctor-patient interaction and medical development.Based on the country's emphasis on Internet medical care and the current development of mobile medical informatization,under this background,it can help realize the integration of personal medical information,but the current status quo The patient's access to medical records is still very passive.Due to the fluidity of the medical process,the patient's medical records are usually kept in different hospitals.There are problems such as incomplete records and poor timeliness.Therefore,research on user-centered medical record interaction interface design emphasizes the use of patients 'subjective initiative,users can access and record their own medical information in a timely manner,and intuitively and conveniently manage their own health data,both for patients' medical treatment and medical information development.positive effects.This article first describes the user-centered,medical records,interactive interface design and other theories,investigates the development status of related medical records APP,and analyzes and organizes in detail from three aspects: functional content,visual presentation,and interactive design.Then based on the user-centered theoretical basis [1],determine the target user group,analyze the target user 's psychological and behavioral characteristics [2],through qualitative and quantitative research methods,specifically using user interviews and questionnaires to obtain information The statistics of the amount of data,combined with the status quo survey,summarized the following problems;(1)The medical record function design is not comprehensive;(2)The information recognition rate and conversion rate are low;(3)The navigation level is weak and the page is not smooth;)The operating experience is not user-friendly;Next,the product design direction is determined through the character role model,and the user needs are summarized from four aspects:functional requirements,operating requirements,visual requirements,and emotional requirements.In response to the questions raised and user needs,the principles of user-centered medical record interaction interface design were determined [3].Specific principles include practicality principles,efficacy principles,structured layout principles,and ease-of-use principles;The design method of medical records management,the design method of visual information,the flexible navigation mode and the use of guided visual flow design method,and the design method of diverse interactive experience.Finally,the practice of the project,taking the product of "Medical Cloud Record" as an example,analyzes the positioning of the product and demonstrates the application of the design method in practice.In summary,this thesis provides a new direction for the design of medical applications.Through theoretical guidance,the patient is used as the center of the medical process,and a feasible research design is carried out.The product replacement provides a platform for patients to provide medical records,which can be more convenient and quick to organize their medical records files,which brings certain reference value to the design and research of the interactive interface of previous medical records.
