In recent years, with the development of technology,3G% 4G and other communication technology grows more and more mature. At the same time, the growing popularity of smart phones contributes to the appearance and development of the smart phone operating system. All these lead the Internet model moving from traditional model to the model where mobile terminal equipment accesses almost everywhere. All kinds of different apps cover all aspects of people’s lives, including the medical industry. They provide a lot of convenience for people’s basic needs of life. The emerging remote medical as well as the mobile medical has become the focus of both the communications industry and the medical industry. The remote mobile medical platform is developing under this background. Compared with the traditional medical mode, it has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, high real-time, so that the remote mobile medical platform can benefit the public.However, due to the disadvantages of mobile terminal’s hardware, how to realize medical services is a problem that needs to be solved. In addition, most of the current remote mobile medical platforms serve in hospitals have a large number of users and data. With the help of the cloud platform providing back services, the platform can become not only stable and efficient but also can reduce the requirements of the hardware. It seems to be a good solution for mobile terminal application service. In addition, the innovation of this platform is that it is different from the general remote mobile medical platform accounting the fusion of medical image processing technology. In this paper, I proposed a new method based on the method of the threshold segmentation. With the use of interactive segmentation method, doctors can reduce the error rate initiatively, which beyond the results of a lot of automatic segmentation method. This method is a great help to improve the diagnosis result.As the mobile intelligent terminal is becoming more and more popular, this paper focuses on the mobile intelligent terminal version of the remote mobile medical platform based on IOS system, and will introduce the design and implementation of various functions of the whole platform. As the aspect of design, I designed the whole architecture, the process, the platform function and the database for the platform. As the aspect of implementation, I focus on the basic functions of the login and register function, the video conference function, other auxiliary functions and image-processing function. At the same time, I also realize the cloud sever and the new method of medical image segmentation based on the OTSU algorithm, and then simulate this method on brain disease. At last, I test the platform and the result shows that the platform is a mobile medical platform with a broad market.
