Based on the research background of data acquisition and control system in actual production,this paper proposes the design of data acquisition and control system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer.The computer is used to realize real-time monitoring and control of the running state of field machines,which not only effectively reduces the cost and power consumption of the control system and improves the reliability of the system,but also introduces Ethernet into the field control field to realize remote real-time control,regulation and maintenance.This paper mainly studies and designs the hardware circuit and embedded program.According to the requirements of the system,four circuit boards DI,DO,AI and AO are designed.The hardware circuit mainly includes SCM control module,data acquisition and processing module,data communication module,power supply reset module and alarm indicating module.SCM control module to achieve the control function and extend the peripheral interface;Data acquisition and processing module completes the process of data acquisition and processing.The data communication module completes the data transmission between each chip and the data interaction between the circuit board and the computer.Power supply reset module System Each module provides power supply and reset signal.The alarm instruction module realizes fault alarm in the process of machine operation.The data acquisition system based on embedded single chip microcomputer uses C++ programming language to realize the control of the whole process,which mainly includes the main program of single chip microcomputer,data acquisition and processing module and data communication module.Finally,the hardware circuit and software program are tested,and the test results show that the system can meet the design requirements.Through the combination of software and hardware,this system realizes the real-time collection and monitoring of the data needed in the industrial site,and ensures the smooth operation of the production process,which is of great significance to the integrated construction of enterprise management and control.
