With the arrival of the wave of Industry 4.0,along with the continuous increase in labor costs,the development of modern industrial enterprises is often to replace the human operations with automated machinery and equipment designed to reduce the human labor load of the enterprise and improve the level of intelligence of the enterprise.Through industrial design research on an automobile company,it was found that the automatic guided vehicle(AGV)can greatly optimize the logistics and distribution operation process of the M automobile factory.The core idea of this paper is: How to use industrial design concepts,through product innovation design,apply the essence of "design for people" to modern automobile enterprises,and create a comfortable and safe working life for people.The main work and results of the paper are as follows: 1.Based on the design concept of UCD(User Centered Design),conduct an in-depth investigation and research on the logistics operations users of M automobile factory,analyze the logistics business process and summarize the typical user needs,and use the AGV for labor The manual operation with a large load is improved to confirm the feasibility and implement ability of the project.2.The product innovation design theory and method based on "system theory",through the induction of system theory related knowledge,the use of system analysis method,the system thinking to guide product design and development,the product innovation design is decomposed into five subsystems: Appearance structure design,hardware system design,information system design,layout path design,load rack design and other important subsystems,establish a system model to achieve product innovation design goals.Through the fusion application of industrial design theory and mechanical design,the operation convenience of industrial design products is improved,user needs are solved to the greatest extent,and the safety of mechanical design is improved.3.Select the user representative as the evaluator and carry out a comprehensive evaluation based on the designer's various system design elements: appearance(color,overall),safety,project revenue,function,etc.,and finally obtain the user evaluation results of product innovation design And use the evaluation results to guide the application prospect analysis of AGV.
