Automatic storage system plays an important role in industrial fields. As an effective means of logistics transportation, automated guided vehicle has a wide application in each individual sector. Automated guided vehicle can achieve transportation of cargo by cooperating with mechanical hand, palletizing mechanism and others. The path optimization of automated guided vehicle can cut transport times, and has important implications for improving production efficiency.With the research background of logistics transportation in automatic storage system, the path planning problem of automated guided vehicle is studied based on automated guided vehicle system platform designed and made by myself, and furthermore, a kind of artificial immune and ant colony algorithm is presented to solve path planning problem of moving van and improve the transportation efficiency of cargo. The thesis studies mainly these contents:Firstly, analyze the operational processes of automatic storage system and its automated guided vehicle in actual industry, design and set up out my own automated logistics storage and automated guided vehicle, design each function module and machine construction upon functionality request. On the basis of this, systematic control solution is provided.Secondly, based on the analysis of self-made system platform the problem of path planning is raised, and the design solution of the path planning is presented. By analyzing and comparing common path planning algorithms, artificial immune algorithm and ant colony algorithm are decided to be used. On this premise that both disadvantages of these two algorithms are avoided, to take full advantage of both the advantages of artificial immune algorithm and ant colony algorithm, and fuse both algorithms, a kind of artificial immune and ant colony algorithm for solving path planning problem is presented. The presented algorithm is applied to the optimization of vehicle's path. According to simulation results with Matlab tools, it can be effectively identified that the presented algorithm is better for solving the optimization problem of path than traditional algorithms.Finally, to make operations staff monitor the current status of system easily, Visual C++is used to design PC interface which communicates with system by the Wi-Fi communication module. Path attached by the presented algorithm is drawn. The online debug of hardware/software systems is achieved, and the operation results indicate that the produced system can achieve required entry, moving, discharge and monitoring functions.
