With the development of lidar technology,there are higher requirements for information acquisition.There are often errors in the recording of limited laser pulses and echo information,which does not meet the requirements for high-precision measurements.To obtain high-precision measurement information of the measured target,a complete analysis of the echo signal is required.The full-wave lidar can collect the full-waveform data of the signal to meet the high-precision requirements.However,due to the large amount of data,it also brings technical difficulties for receiving and extracting.The research of full-wave lidar is the general trend.The subject has completed the construction of the laser receiving system and realized the functions of data acquisition by studying the related issues of full-waveform lidar reception,mainly high-speed pulse signal acquisition and other related technologies.First,the overall design was analyzed according to the project index requirements and performance requirements,and the detection system was determined,and the specific requirements such as data processing interfaces were comprehensively analyzed,and the overall plan was constructed.Then,the receiver is designed in detail in blocks,and the photoelectric detection circuit and data processing circuit are discussed in detail in terms of hardware to ensure that the device selection and circuit design meet the requirements;The photoelectric detection circuit is responsible for realizing the functions of photoelectric conversion of laser main wave signal and laser echo signal,gain adjustment,detector temperature,high voltage,control voltage state telemetry,etc.The photoelectric detection circuit mainly includes: constant current source circuit,signal drive circuit,temperature signal conditioning circuit,Bessel filter circuit,single-ended to differential circuit,interface circuit,etc.The data processing is based on FPGA chip as the main control chip,including two modules of data acquisition and data synthesis,and adopts the design form of sub-mother board.The article explains the functions implemented by each part of FPGA in detail and conducts simulation analysis for the main parts.Then,the reliability of the receiver circuit is analyzed.Finally,a functional verification test and a design index test were performed on the designed system.The test results showed that the design index requirements and functional requirements were satisfied.The full-wave laser radar receiving system designed in this paper has important application value in engineering.
