Chinese mobile phone industry has passed a long history of development from scratch,getting more,getting better,than ten years.The original mobile phone brands Motorola,Ericsson,Panasonic,Nokia,Alcatel,and Samsung are all foreign brands.With the development of China's economy,domestic mobile phone manufacturers have gradually emerged.T Communication,Lenovo,ZTE,Huawei,Xiao Mi,OPPO,Meizu,etc.In the past years,a large number of cottage machines and small brand machines have emerged.At the peak of this time,there are hundreds of mobile phone manufacturers in China.In the dividend period of the market,many manufacturers don't have effective backward management methods and unscientific strategic guidelines,resulting in unhealthy and sustainable development.Later,most of the world's mobile phone manufacturers gradually disappeared,and mobile phones are about to enter the era of oligarchs.T Communication is a global mobile phone manufacturer integrating R&D,manufacturing,sales and transportation.T Communication has a couple of R&D centers,factories,and sales teams around the world.However,the company's development speed in recent years lags far behind the development speed of Huawei,Xiao Mi and OPPO.The reason is relative to be short of core competitiveness of the company.The lack of strategic management in the enterprise is also the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the senior.Therefore,by designing a scientific and modern strategic system for T Communication design,giving full play to the seniority of the enterprise and making up for the shortage of seniority,and thus achieving the brand upgrade and market share improvement of T Communication,it has become a key part of this paper.Based on the situation of T Communication,this paper analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of T Communication using PEST and Porter's five force model,and uses the EFE/IFE matrix to summarize the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages of the external strategic environment.Analyze the company's external opportunities and external threats through EFE,grasp the company's external opportunities,and correctly analyze external risks and competition.these factors are screened and scored in a matrix manner to obtain the key factors required in the analysis.Analyze the company's production and operation status,research and development status and other factors,the inherent advantages and disadvantages of T Communication were derived.Classify and screen all relevant internal factors by IFE to obtain the internal key factors required for subsequent analysis.Using SWOT and QSPM matrices to analyze all internal and external key factors,it was found that T Communication opportunities and challenges in the external environment are coexisted,and the internal environment had advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures were put forward,that is,to promote strengths,avoid weaknesses,and take advantage,point out the company's strategy is diversification strategy.Adjust R & D methods and product R & D time control,standardize product R & D and production processes,shorten the R & D cycle of the current project group,and invest more in new screen technologies and new methods.For target high,middle,and low-end markets,respectively,put in line with company characteristics.At the end of the article,the implementation methods of the main strategy and the auxiliary strategy are given,and some projects are tried out using new research and development methods,and experimental data are finally obtained to verify the feasibility of the strategy at the implementation level.Finally,by changing the organizational structure,changing the company's corporate culture,optimizing the development of testing methods and tools to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency,adjusting the strategic direction,and finally changing the research and development method,adjusting the company's resource investment direction to achieve the main strategy.
