The importance of science and technology in economic development has been increasingly prominent,especially in the environment of intensified global competition.The development of science and technology plays an irreplaceable role in the process of China's economic transformation and upgrading.As an economic and social phenomenon,Enterprise Research Institute,has opened up a new way for enterprises to increase competitiveness.It also has effectively strengthened the cooperation between enterprises and scientific research institutions,and has opened up ideas for national scientific and technological innovation.As the main body of innovation for LS Group,LS Institute Co.,Ltd.takes the responsibility of leading the development in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading.It is an important task for LS Institute Co.,Ltd.to manage innovation projects.Based on the above analysis,this paper researches on the 3D printing project,and introduces the relevant theories of project schedule management,the background of the company,the project overview and the original schedule plan of the project,and analyses the problems about the original schedule plan,including unreasonable human resource configuration,unreasonable schedule plan,lack of effective control means.Moreover,the original schedule is optimized based on above problems.Firstly,the project schedule plan is optimized,WBS decomposition and network diagram are optimized.We adopt PERT model to optimize the schedule plan,then evaluate whether the optimized schedule can be completed on time.CCPM model is used to set up multiple buffers for the project plan to supplement PERT model.Secondly,we optimize the project schedule control and design control measures,tracking the progress of the plan,and adjusting the progress plan through comparative analysis.Thirdly,we optimize the human resource allocation by establishing a core team and clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the team.It is concluded that the optimization of the project schedule management is effective by comparing the human resource allocation,the construction period of each stage and the overall constructionperiod before and after optimization.Then the paper proposes relevant safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the project.There are mainly the following three points.First of all enterprise research institute should adjust the organizational structure of the project,set up a schedule control group and clarify the assignment of responsibilities to make it more conductive to project schedule control;Then,the institute should establish an effective system to strengthen daily management and review management,strictly controlling key nodes;Next,the institute should strengthen resource security to ensure the quality and progress of the project,including materials,equipment and funds.Finally,the paper summarizes the overall situation of the optimization plan of the project schedule,and the prospect of further research in the direction of project schedule management.This paper applies the project schedule management theory to the 3D printing project,optimizes the original project schedule,and puts forward some safeguard measures,which provide an implementation example for the project schedule management of the company.It provides a reference for the same type of enterprises to use project management theory to solve project practical problems.
