In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of safety science theories and technologies,the safety situation of various industries in our country has continued to improve,but the total number of accidents is still relatively large.The current frequent occurrence of various types of safety accidents is mainly due to the failure to form a relatively complete dual prevention mechanism that effectively combines safety risk management and control with hidden danger investigation and management.As the communication industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy,it is particularly important to establish a reasonable and effective dual prevention mechanism.At present,the rapid development of information technology makes it possible to realize security information management.This article will conduct research from two aspects: the establishment of dual prevention mechanisms for communication enterprises and the construction of informatization.First of all,this article summarized the research results of the dual prevention mechanism in other industries,and then established a dual prevention mechanism suitable for the company based on the actual production situation of the communication enterprise.The risk classification management and control mechanism mainly takes four typical accidents of computer room fire,fall from height,electric shock,and poisoning as the research object,establishes the risk classification evaluation model of four typical accidents,and adopts corresponding control measures.The hidden dangers of accidents in communication enterprises can be divided into four types: human-caused hidden hazards,material-caused hidden hazards,environmental hazards,and management hidden hazards.This paper has established a hidden danger inspection and management system including hidden danger investigation,hidden danger assessment,hidden danger report,hidden danger rectification and management,feedback and acceptance.Then,this paper adopts the related theories and tools of database modeling to design the overall data structure of the system and the database tables of each functional module.The overall functional structure of the system was determined,and the principle analysis and design of each functional module of the risk classification management and control system and the hidden danger investigation and management system were carried out.Clarified the overall system architecture,server structure,system hardware and software configuration,and interface design.The main functions of the system include: risk index management function,risk classification calculation function,risk statistics function,risk database,hidden danger report function,hidden danger rectification notification function,hidden danger rectification feedback function,hidden danger database function,etc.Finally,this article uses appropriate development techniques and tools to implement the system.The development language is Java,the development tool is Intelli J IDEA,the back-end framework is Spring Boot,the front-end is Layui,and the database is My Sql.After the development is completed,the black box test method is used to perform functional tests on the system.Finally,taking a communications company as a case,the dual prevention mechanism is used in information through this system.
