Information industry is the fastest growing industry in the world.With the development of computer data communication,network multimedia technology and people's demand for video and audio information,the development and application of video conference technology has become a hot topic.The high quality data compression technology and the formulation of related protocol standards make it possible to carry out interactive multimedia transmission on digital channels.With the popularization of the construction of Gigabit Ethernet in Colleges and universities,how to use the high-speed campus network,while providing high-quality network services,how to carry out bidirectional TV teaching,multimedia courseware on demand,video and audio on demand,demonstration teaching,etc.,has become the central task of campus network construction in the future.Campus digitization is a core supporting platform based on network infrastructure and basic network services,which will implement digitalization,networking and informatization of our school from environment,resources to activities.The main content of this paper is to solve the problem of establishing a network multi-point video conference system in the campus network environment.This paper proposes the realization of multi-point interactive video conference system in campus network environment based on the characteristics of campus video conference.By combining the reliability of transmission control protocol / Internet Interconnection Protocol with user data report protocol,the solution and corresponding information structure model of the system are proposed,and the functional modules are realized,which makes the system have good manageability At the same time,it is more flexible to expand the video and audio terminals;the computer support collaborative work technology is applied to realize the collaborative processing of the system,which makes it economical and feasible to carry out various video teaching,academic conferences and academic discussions in campus environment.This paper designs and implements a b/s architecture video conference management system.Microsoft Visual Studio code is used as the development tool of this system.My SQL5.7 relational database is used for data storage,and the application structure is separated from the front and rear end.Restful API is used for front and rear end interaction.The advanced front and rear technologies are adopted as a whole.The website functions include user registration,user login,reservation of video conference room,cancellation of video conference room,preemption of video conference room,notification of participants and other functions.Through online video conference management,the problem of human resource waste is solved,which makes all kinds of conference activities in the conference room more efficient.Compared with Tencent conference system,it adopts its own server to avoid data passing through cloud server and ensure data security.
