As a new generation of science and technology,the Internet of Things has gradually entered people's life,which has brought great changes to both the production mode of industry and agriculture and People's Daily life.However,it has also found that the network architecture mode based on IP cannot meet the future needs.The emergence of Information-centric networking(ICN)has great advantages for the resource-constrained and heterogeneous Internet environment.ICN has completely changed the traditional address-based idea into a new content-oriented network architecture,and the in-network cache,as its most critical feature,has become the focus of research in recent years.Edge caching has aroused wide attention in the research field because it can save network bandwidth,reduce data acquisition delay and extend battery life of Iot devices.How to design efficient ICN cache deployment scheme for Internet of Things and improve the edge cache is an important research content of ICN cache deployment scheme.In this paper,the ICN network environment for Iot is taken as the background,and the edge cache deployment scheme and the comprehensive cache evaluation model are proposed to focus on the research.First,ICN makes it easy to retrieve content and calculate downstream paths,becoming the main element of an extensible Internet of Things network.However,due to the limited memory and computing resources of edge devices in the Internet of Things,the single application of edge cache strategy will reduce the stability of the network,and the cache is often swapped in and out,even causing device crash.Therefore,based on edge cache,this paper proposes a cooperative edge cache deployment scheme considering node degree centrality,cache space and computing power.The scheme mainly involves simulating the resource capacity of the node and quantifying the location of the node.Experimental results show that the scheme can improve the cache hit rate,delay time and link load performance.Secondly,most of the current researches take ICN as the architecture to improve the performance of the cache from three directions: cache strategy,cache placement and cache replacement.With the continuous improvement of evaluation indexes,the number of experiments to be simulated increased significantly,which led to the inability of researchers to focus on improving cache performance.So,how to evaluate cache deployment scheme in a better and more effective way is also an urgent problem.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes an ICN cache strategy comprehensive performance evaluation model for the cache deployment method,carries out comprehensive evaluation on the cache strategy,and provides support for cache optimization.Simulation experiments are carried out to evaluate cache deployment comprehensively.
