Research On Software Project Quality Management

With the development of digitization,networking and intelligence in various industries,computer software is more and more widely used in various industries,and the quality of software system has increasingly become a hot topic.Software is not only a commodity but also a service,so it is difficult to use a unified standard to measure its advantages and disadvantages.The quality of software project is mainly measured by user satisfaction.There is no doubt that quality is important for the project.However,the software project is constrained by multiple factors such as duration,resources,cost,etc.,which requires rapid development to meet the requirements of duration and low cost to achieve benefits,Therefore,the key to the success of software project quality management is to balance the relationship between project quality and duration,cost and other objectives,and improve the effectiveness and economy of project quality management.The quality management strategy of traditional manufacturing industry is difficult to adapt to the characteristics of software project requirements,the current software project quality management measures commonly used is software testing.Testing is only a part of software development,which cannot guarantee the effectiveness of quality management and lack of economy.It is far from enough to guarantee the quality of the project only by testing.Quality is the responsibility of the senior management.In order to create Lean quality and improve the economy of management,it is necessary to carry out the overall and systematic quality management design from the top level of the project,and establish the whole process and all factor project quality management model and quality management system.According to the order of literature review,raising questions,analyzing problems and designing schemes,this paper explores the establishment of software project quality management model based on R&D process,in order to improve the effectiveness and economy of software project quality management.Starting from the literature review,the main part explores the connotation of software project quality,the theory of quality management and software development process model to find the theoretical basis for establishing software quality model;Through the elaboration of the common quality management measures faced by the software project quality,this paper discusses the shortcomings and deficiencies of the main management measures at present,and then analyzes the deep influencing factors and processes of the software project quality by using the element analysis method and process analysis method;Based on the research and analysis results and years of software project management experience,the quality management scheme based on R&D process is proposed;Then,the paper introduces the implementation process and effect of the scheme in the actual project management through specific cases.Due to the limited resources and insufficient capacity,this article inevitably has some shortcomings,the views are only for reference.
