Construction And Application Of Financial Analysis And Early Warning System Based On Data Mining Technology

With the advancement of technology and the development of society from the information age to the data age,data is becoming more and more important in life and research.Data mining technology is an innovative technology with data as the research object,which brings opportunities and challenges to all walks of life.Under such a general background,how to solve the problems of the existing financial analysis system through data mining technology,discover valuable financial information from the data and feed it back to the corporate decision-makers.These are all issues worthy of study.Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature review to summarize the research status of financial analysis theory,financial early warning theory and financial analysis and early warning system design,and determines the research ideas of this paper.The system designed in this paper takes Harvard analysis framework as the theoretical basis of financial analysis,economic early warning theory as the theoretical basis of financial early warning,and J2EE framework as the system design framework.The system is divided into three functional layers:data input layer,data processing layer and data display layer,which realize the functions of data acquisition,data cleaning,data storage,data mining and data visualization.This article focuses on various functional levels:focus on unstructured data collection during the design of the data input layer;use text mining technology to process unstructured data during the design of the data processing layer;and introduce visualization in detail during the design of the data display layer.At the same time,the introduction of visualization modules such as three-dimensional analysis diagrams helps corporate decision-makers quickly,vividly and accurately understand corporate financial status.Next,this article uses ST Jingkai as a research case,and uses the financial analysis and early warning system designed in this article to carry out a detailed analysis of ST Jingkai's financial status,choosing strategic directions from real estate business strategy,intelligent business strategy,and other business strategies.Provide reasonable decision-making suggestions for it.
