The development speed of the IoT industry is accelerating,the existing problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Firstly,IoT applications should be customized according to the characteristics of the industry.Each application is isolated from each other,resulting in poor interconnection and scalability,which cannot meet the needs of industrial data sharing.Secondly,the standardization of the Internet of Things has not been completed.The lack of unified input and output formats,rules and protocols among applications leads to difficulties in its integration and expansion.At the same time,the lack of overall coordination and modular development process leads to repeated development of common functions such as equipment management,data storage,performance optimization,resulting in a low reuse rate of these components.Finally,the Internet of Things is the integration of multiple technologies including sensor technology,wireless transmission technology,Internet technology and so on,which requires high developer capabilities and knowledge background,and further raises the development difficulty and costs.In view of the above challenges and difficulties,this dissertation studies the key issue of how to simplify the IoT application development process and realize the interconnection and sharing among various applications.This dissertation designs the system architecture of the IoT common platform with data collection,transmission to data storage,processing and application.The terminal of the sensing layer collects data and transmits it to cloud server and storage it through the network layer.The platform uses data visualization and other technologies to process the stored data and provide modular open services to the application layer.This dissertation also develops an IoT common platform,which supports fast access of various terminals mainly based on NB-IoT devices and provides rich IoT open capabilities.The platform extracts the common parts of the IoT applications,realize multiple terminal access and modular service support capability,can provide universal support for IoT application development and promotes the large-scale development of IoT industryIn order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the constructed IoT common platform,functional and performance tests and demonstration application have been carried out.Test cases for the main functions of the platform are designed and completed,which verifies the integrity and ease of use of the platform.Perform performance comparison tests before and after optimization of the data storage layer.After optimization,the average RT has dropped from 100 milliseconds to 10 milliseconds.Based on this platform,a salt traceability system has been quickly developed.The NB-IoT terminal connected to the platform is used to collect salt transportation information and provide data support for the visualization module.Developers do not need to consider terminal access,data format conversion and storage issues,which shortens the development cycle and reduces the difficulty of construction.The system is used stably and reliably in Jiangxi Salt Industry Group CO.LTD.
