Warehousing And Logistics Management And Monitoring Of The Simulation System Design

In order to adapt to the current management level of storage logistics, one of the most efficient tool is to establish management and monitoring simulation system of storage logistics(MMSSSL) which can analyse the efficiency and inventory data of AS/RS efficiently, and make the best of computer to improve the technique level of the management and decision-making of AS/RS. This paper's research object is management and monitoring system of storage logistics(MMSSL), and to establish management and monitoring simulation system of storage logistics whose platform is the monitoring configuration software RSView32. From the technique point of view, this paper put forward the principle and methods, supporting platform, and expatiate the function of the MMSSL. The main content of this paper is: On the point of analyzing the requirement of the system, in order to satisfy the consumer's requirement, based on the analysis of classic MMSSL, bring forward the frame of the MMSSSL structure. Work dispatch which has the character of highly dynamic ^ complex realization methods and numerous data, is the emphasis and nodular of the system. This paper analyze work dispatch meticulously and completely, involve the problem of work-route optimize, and give the realization methods, give the result of simulation. Based on the analysis of the function of the system, present the output result of MMSSML.
