Design Of Mechanism And Control System Of Express Packing Box Sorting System

In recent years,with the continuous development of e-commerce,express business is increasing year by year.It is a new challenge for the domestic express industry.How to realize the rapid sorting of express packages will directly affect the efficiency of enterprises.Relying on the development status of logistics sorting system,especially for the shortcomings of large area,few sorting crossings,poor generality and low efficiency in the use of sorting system in express industry,through the research of existing systems at home and abroad and the demand of enterprises,we can realize the transformation of China from a "logistics power" to a "logistics power".The design of the express sorting system,including the structure design and control system design,while supporting the design of the corresponding hardware and software system,to achieve the parcel sorting operation of the express industry is discussed.In order to realize the function of express sorting system,this paper makes a preliminary study on it:(1)The composition and functions of the express sorting system was introduced,the core role of the express sorting system was defined,and their respective shortcomings through the comparative analysis of the existing sorting systems was found out.According to the performance analysis of the existing sorting system and enterprise requirements,the corresponding technical indicators of the system are determined.(2)The static analysis of the main structure fuselage and other key parts is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Through the strength and stiffness check,it shows that the main parts can meet the load requirements in use;in order to avoid the whole body resonance in the process of movement,the modal in the software is used In order to avoid resonance,the structure is strengthened,the natural frequency is increased,and the shape variable is reduced,so the overall resonance is not easy to occur,and the motion stability is improved.When the package is driven by the flip plate,the force on the rotary axis changes with the angle.When the optimal inclination angle is 105°,the force on the rotary axis is the smallest.(3)In the hardware design,complete the design and selection of PLC,sensor,frequency converter and other key components;in the software design,complete the subprogram such as button control,frequency conversion control,scanning control and distribution mechanism control ladder program design,part of the subprogram simulation analysis,and finally complete the system main program flow chart drawing and ladder diagram writing.Through the software and hardware design,the system meets the functional requirements.To sum up,the express sorting system designed this time not only has a relatively simple structure,can realize the rapid sorting of express parcels,but also realizes automatic sorting,which reduces the labor intensity of people.
