Water resources are indispensable for the survival and development of human society.Under the background of building water-saving society, the state strengthens management and protection of groundwater resources, and controls the groundwater extraction.Presently, how to save and manage water resources effectively is a very important issue. In the face of the growingrural small farm water project market, the company designed and developed a set of control and management system of water resources electromechanical well for rural water projects. The control and management system of water resources electromechanical well is mainly composed of two parts:management center platform, water resources metering control terminal.Management center platform mainly realizes user management,Establishment of user files,GIS map display, payment processing and text messages to remind the alarm and other functions. It is the software implementation of control and management system of water resources electromechanical well. The metering and controlling terminal of water resources electromechanical well is the hardware realization of control and management system of water resources electromechanical well and it is also the main work of this thesis. The metering and control terminal of water resources electromechanical well is composed of two parts:the electrical well control subsystem and the metering subsystem. The control subsystem of electromechanical well is mainly to control the start and stop of water pump, card charging,GPS positioning and so on,It is used to monitor the user's real-time water information and geographic information and upload it to the water conservancy management center platform. The meteringsubsystem is mainly used for the measurement of underground water, and is responsible for the communication with the management center platform and the control subsystem of electromechanical wells and reports the data information. The main goal of this research project is to complete the design and implementation of the metering and control terminal of water resources, mainly including the design and development of the control subsystem of the electromechanical well, the design and development of the metering subsystem. The dual channel data transmission technology and multi band data transmission technology are innovatively adopted in the design and development of the metering control terminal of water rescources. The design of control subsystem of electromechanical well is completed by intelligent IC card,Internet of things, low power consumption processing and LORA spread spectrum technology. The measurement subsystem is designed and implemented by using ultrasonic technology and low power consumption technology Long time accurate measurement of water consumption in electric and mechanical wells, with mechanical and electrical well control subsystem to achieve user credit card pumping water.Managers can monitor the operation of the metering control terminal and the user's water consumption in real time. The embedded software adopts C language, and the development environment adopts Keil uvision4.This thesis completed the design of metering and control terminal for water resources, which provided the base for the whole system operation. The project has installed more than 2000 sets on the project site, and has successfully run a water use season, which is convenient for the local water conservancy departments to monitor and manage the water intake wells. The control and management system of water resources electromechanical well provides technical support and hardware foundation for scientific management and control of groundwater exploitation in local water resources, and plays a positive role.
