This paper systematically introduced the intelligent sorting device technology application and development on the basis of the status quo, based on the design of the PLC( programmable logic controller) and multiple sensor fusion waste intelligent sorting system design and control method.The paper mainly introduced based on the PLC under the control of the industrial waste intelligent sorting system overall design, by the Phoenix Optical finishing workshop of hardware structure, working principle, system software and equipment selection, design, and gives the relevant control software sequential function chart and the flow chart of the system.The waste intelligent sorting system adopts modularized, standardized assembly, with the design of low cost, high efficiency, system layout is flexible, simple programming, system maintenance, maintenance is convenient wait for a characteristic, can satisfy the need of intelligent sorting waste elastic the demand of the production line, can meet the needs of small and medium enterprises recycling requirements.A full set of waste sorting system structure using desktop configuration, the system hardware includes a built-in power supply, imports of cylinder, rotary encoder, AC motor and other components, in addition to the waste material identification respectively using sensors to identify the sorting, respectively, of iron, aluminum scrap, scrap red waste, other types of powder were identification and sorting. And in the pneumatic area using a filter, pressure indicator, reducer, and other gas source connected. To be completed by sensor, AC motor drive,rotary programmer instruction execution, PLC programming and debugging, finally through the computer configuration, monitor the implementation of pneumatic components for control and other aspects of the comprehensive design training.A full set of system design, the combination of PLC technology, sensor technology,pneumatic control technology and control technology, and the hardware design on all of the selected component model are analyzed in detail, to increase the set of design reliability.
