People's lives has stepped into the mobile Internet era with the rapid development of mobile internet in last several years,and people are now using mobile apps instead of PC websites to access information more quickly.Mobile software products are becoming more and more important in people's lives,and the information flow software on the mobile phone is an important way for people to obtain information.Information flow software of mobile plays a very important role in today's society,such as Toutiao,Tencent News,etc,which occupy a lot of users' time and win the favor of many users.The information flow software project in M Company is just generated under this background.The product under this project is committed to providing users with valuable content information and more convenient and quick operation experience,so that users can efficiently obtain the hot information they need.M company has very high requirements for the quality of information flow software project,but currently our country does not have an effective standardized process for the risk management of information flow software,and there are still many shortcomings in the risk management of information flow software projects,so the research in this paper is dedicated to providing a set of effective process for information flow software risk management.Risk management for the software project is an important part of management for software project and a key guarantee for the success of the project.This article takes risk management of information flow software project in M company as a case,uses HHM hierarchical holographic modeling method to decompose the software project into multiple subsystems from multiple dimensions,analyzes the project from multiple perspectives,and then identifies the risk factors that affect the success of the project one by one for the subsystems,In order to more comprehensively and carefully identify the risks in the project.According to the identified risk factors,firstly,all risk factors are divided into three grades:high,medium and low according to the risk grade classification standard.Secondly,the risk nodes in the three levels are sorted by Borda sorting of importance,which better deals with the risk nodes in the risk assessment.After evaluating the risk factors,an effective risk response method was adopted for the risk factors,so that the impact on the risk factors was effectively controlled.The management methods of risk identification,assessment and response studied in this paper have further ensured the success of information flow software project in M Company and controlled risks in the process of the project.The thesis aims to explore an efficient risk management method,improve the risk management level,and ensure the stable operation of the project in information flow software project.I hope that the thesis can promote in-depth study of the risk management of information flow software projects.
