Stepping into the era of Industry 4.0,how to make use of emerging technologies to make the production process of factories intelligent is of extra importance.Intelligence has a wide range of meanings,and it is by no means as simple as realizing the automation of the production line.Intelligence requires factories to operate efficiently from production,sales,and storage.It requires real-time monitoring of production sites,collection of production data,and control of production equipment,as well as accurate early warning of emergencies and prediction of production changes.Aiming at small and medium-sized enterprises that urgently need to upgrade their production methods,while facing the problems of rising labor costs and insufficient R&D investment,this paper designs a set of information management system for the automatic jacquard machine production workshops.This paper first investigates the development of related fields of the Internet of Things,starting from the specific scene of the automatic jacquard machine production workshop,and confirming the solution of the industrial Internet of Things(IIo T).Secondly,combined with the requirements of the system,the overall architecture of the system is designed.The system is roughly composed of three parts,including data collection terminal,cloud platform and client.The Message Queuing Telemetry Transport(MQTT)protocol is used as the communication protocol of the entire system to complete the data collection of production equipment.The cloud platform is designed and built to realize its many functions such as connection establishment,data forwarding,data storage,and data processing.The paper focuses on the design of a mobile client based on the Android system.From the point of view of interface design,the user's interactive experience is improved as much as possible,and the production data is displayed to the user in various forms.From the point of view of function,the requirements of real-time monitoring,historical query and remote control are realized,and the future expansion needs of the factory is also considered.Finally,the system is tested functionally on the mobile client.In the end,the system passed the test and met the expected requirements for managing the automatic jacquard machine production workshop.This system integrates monitoring,query,statistics and control,improves the production efficiency of the factory,and makes efforts to realize the transformation of the factory to intelligent and informatization.It also provides a solution for other similar industrial production scenarios.
