Agricultural machinery sub-soiling operation not only can effectively improve the quality of soil, but also enhance the capacity of soil to keep moisture and water. It is one of the most important ways to increase the farmers' income and it can also realizing agricultural sustainable development.In recent years, our country pays more and more attention to agricultural machinery subsoiling operation. The area of agricultural machinery sub-soiling operation is continuously expanding and the amount of subsidy have more than quadrupled since 2010.Although the amount of subsidy is increasing in agricultural machinery sub-soiling operation, the traditional the traditional way of examination and acceptance have been unable to meet the needs of the regulation. In this situation, We need a new modern information technology that is scientific an efficient to monitor the agricultural machinery sub-soiling operation.As the development of the economy and technology, the agricultural machinery informatization takes a more and more important role in the process of agricultural development. For the problems of agricultural machinery sub-soiling operation supervising, the supervision and service system is designed for agricultural machinery management department. This kind of system integrates satellite positioning technology, wireless communication technology, sensor technology and other cutting-edge technology. It can accuracy monitoring the real-time information of agricultural sub-soiling operation in the process of operation(agricultural location, job status, etc.), the amount of work information(work area, length etc.) and it can effectively statistical analysis the operation quality information(working depth, standards etc.) To some extent, the system will be able to effectively manage agricultural machinery sub-soiling operations and improve the working efficiency of agricultural machinery supervision department.The existing system users is designed for the agricultural machinery management department, the client is personal computer. Its mainly used in indoor and it is inconvenient to carry. The most important is that it can not meet the needs of agricultural machinery drivers when they worked outdoors. This project is based on the actual demand of agricultural machinery drivers. Its developed for the Android smartphone. As the improve of existing agricultural sub-soiling operation of supervision and service system, it aims to study and develop the agricultural sub-soiling operation monitoring and service system based on Android.The main content of this paper is the research of the informationization research of agricultural sub-soiling operation. In this paper, the design and implementation of the Android based on monitoring and service system of agricultural sub-soiling operation monitoring and service system mainly contains the following several functions:(1) The real-time monitoring of agricultural sub-soiling operation.
