Design And Implementation Of A Sub-system Of A Company's Auditing System For Voching

The development of computer Internet has a profound impact on people's work and life.The construction of audit information is also an inevitable choice to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of contemporary audit work.At this stage,the economic relationship is becoming more and more complex,and the workload and difficulty of auditing its financial situation are increasing.Under the traditional mode,the audit method with low degree of informatization and intelligence can be competent for modern audit work.Timely updating of audit technology is the key to the current situation.This paper discusses the design and implementation of a sub-system of a company's auditing system for vouching,which can ultimately provide a platform to meet the needs of the current economic and social use.This system focuses on the audit work,which can liberate auditors from the complex and repetitive work,and effectively supervise the accuracy of audit results.This paper first introduces the use of information audit at home and abroad,expounds the background and significance of this system,and decides to develop a more intelligent audit system.Aiming at the core of the system-voucher management,this system proposes a scheme to identify and extract different kinds of vouchers according to different templates,and develops and implements the template making assistant tool svg-dragger.The system uses Tesseract OCR to identify and extract the audit credential text according to the template edited by users.Then according to the idea of software engineering,the user requirements of the system are analyzed and standardized.Then the system is designed from the concept level,module level,operation level to code level.Finally,according to the system design products,the system is coded and tested.This paper has completed all the research work of the sub-system of a auditing system for vouching,realized the scheduled system functions,and met the actual needs of enterprise users.The system has been applied in the new products of Ultrapower.
