With the continuous development of information technology, electronic invoices has developed into a major means of interaction between enterprises. The current electronic invoice processing software in ERP system is designed to handle the internal processes of B2B electronic invoices, but there are many problems. On the one hand it can’t automatically transform paper tickets to electronic ones, on the other hand different ERP systems can not achieve the common electronic invoices.Aiming at the above problems, we design and implement an electronic invoice platform (E-Inoive Platform) based on Tesseract. This platform based on The character recognition system, use the paper invoices as information resources, provide the paper tickets cloud scan (CloudScan), electronic invoices document management functions.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1) Research on the E-Invoice Platform and text recognition.(2) Describe of the Related background technology, comprising Tesseract-OCR text recognition technology and distributed data storage technology development related technology.(3) Analyse eh demand for E-Invoice platform, this paper introduces the overall design of the system architecture and the design of various functional modules.(4) Describe the implementation of E-Invoice Platform, especially for CloudScan module.E-Invoice platform leverages SaaS model to provide document management, App Management, CloudScan functions using Tesseract-OCR technology to extract paper tickets document information. At present, the system has been completed and is in use.
