Standardization Of Zhejiang Land Tax Audit Audit Software Development

Tax management informationization construction in China’s rapid developmentmake higher demands on tax inspection. The existing information systems “tax friends2006” of the Zhejiang Provincial Land Tax Audit Bureau has been unable to meet thegrowing requirements of the business development and the growth in data. As aperfection and replenish, on the basis of the “tax friends2006”, this paper abstract thebusiness framework of the local tax inspectors auditing in connection with theinspection characteristics, using JAVA development tools, JavaEE cross-platformtechnology, B/S structure and layered architecture of the MVC design pattern. Inaccordance with the design concept of database pooling and tiered of components, wedesign and implement a local tax inspectors auditing software based on SSH(Struts2,Spring,Hibernate) framework in order to complete the computerization of taxinspection and meet the need of "Taxes Case Manage, Tax Preparation, Audit Execution,Taxes Inspection End" in the tax audit process. We also analysis the businessrequirements and the overall design of the local tax inspectors auditing program andgive the business logic flowcharts of some important modules in the software. Then,with the foundation completed front, the UML sequence diagram and descriptions ofimportant classes are given. With the help of the SSH framework, the four importantmodules were designed and implemented one by one. Then on the basis of the existingsystem, we deploy the application test environment, client installation environment,select the relevant tax cases and complete software testing. The practical operationshows, functionality and performance of the local tax inspectors auditing system meetthe design requirements. Finally, we make a summarization on the local tax inspectorsauditing software according to the paper.
