A Study On The Information Strategy Of GN Group

At present,the society is in the era of rapid development of network information.Under this background,enterprise operation management has entered the information age,and information system has become an important tool in enterprise operation management.The emergence of information system makes the economic characteristics of enterprise organization have undergone tremendous changes.In the various strategies of enterprises,information strategy is also known as one of them,and has a profound impact on the implementation of other strategies.In order to promote its own development,GN group has formulated the strategic development goal of "one goal,three types and five modernization,and seven first-class",focusing on the improvement of operation management and service quality.As an important part of GN group's development strategy,informatization is also highly applied in GN group's development plan.For example,The "four ones" plan of the group's railway infrastructure(one data integrated management center,one digital three-dimensional graphics management system,one integrated data transmission network,and one integrated video monitoring platform),based on its existing information construction and supported by the characteristics of railway management,decomposes the core objectives of GN group's development plan one by one,Form the overall plan of railway intelligent development and construction.Based on this,this study will take the information strategy of GN group as the research object;Secondly,it uses PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the specific needs of GN group's informatization strategy;Thirdly,the value chain theory is used to analyze the needs of GN group's informatization strategy,and the needs of GN group's informatization strategy are identified and evaluated;Finally,this paper studies the design and implementation of GN group's informatization strategy,and puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of GN group's informatization strategy from four aspects of personnel,technology,capital and management.Finally,it can promote the high utilization of information strategy in the operation and development process of GN group,so as to realize the overall development plan of GN group,and promote the information construction and development of GN group.
