Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Fixed Assets Management System

In the environment of economic globalization,the scale of many domestic small and medium-sized enterprises is also expanding,and the number of fixed assets purchase'd by enterprises is also increasing rapidly,which leads to the increasingly heavy management of fixed assets.Fixed assets have many kinds,long life cycle,scattered storage location and other characteristics,which lead to the need for enterprises to invest a part of human and financial resources to manage these fixed assets.The traditional fixed assets management method is very inefficient,and it is easy to cause the asset information can not match because of the staff's error,and the approval process of purchase,deployment and maintenance of fixed assets is redundant and cumbersome,and the workload of staff is also increasing.Obviously,the traditional fixed assets management method has been unable to meet the increasing status of enterprise fixed assets.With the rapid development of information technology,the domestic computer technology is gradually mature,and has been put into use in various industries,the use of information technology for the fixed assets management of small and medium-sized enterprises is imminent.This paper analyzes the current situation of fixed assets management of domestic and foreign enterprises,and combined with the current situation of fixed assets management of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises,designs and implements a fixed assets management system based on B/S structure,mainly uses Java as the development language,adopts MVC development mode,and uses Apache Tomcat Server,using MySQL database as the data storage tool of the system.In this paper,first of all,the fixed assets and enterprise asset management and other related theories are briefly described.Secondly,the related technology and framework used in this system are briefly described.Then,according to the needs of users,a comprehensive demand analysis is carried out,and the main functions of the system are determined.Furthermore,each function module and database table of the system are designed according to the needs.Finally,the fixed assets management system in line with the status of small and medium-sized enterprises is realized.The fixed assets management system designed in this paper mainly includes five functional modules:user management,asset management,statistics management,system management and approval management.Based on the concept of the whole life cycle of fixed assets,in the asset management module,the system realizes the integrated management of the whole life cycle from asset procurement,deployment,maintenance to scrapping,so that the management of fixed assets can be closely linked,the management process can be more scientific and effective,and provides a more information-based and convenient management mode for the fixed assets management of small and medium-sized enterprises Management tools,help to improve the work efficiency of enterprises.
