Design And Implementation Of Career Assessment Platform

With the continuous development of social economy,talent has become an indispensable factor in the process of enterprise development.However,at present,if enterprises only rely on their own experience to recruit talents,they will fail to recruit talents.Even if the talent is recruited,the employer's failure to plan and manage the talent to put everyone in the right position will hurt the interests of both the individual and the enterprise.Besides,many college graduates are not clear about their career goals or can not find a suitable job.With the development of career assessment at home and abroad,on the one hand,career assessment can help enterprises find suitable talents and arrange suitable positions efficiently;on the other hand,college students can also find suitable occupations with the help of career assessment and establish a correct career planning.The development of the career assessment platform enables enterprises and universities to register as the tenants of the platform,and logically have independent career assessment system to carry out the following career assessment activities of their tenants,which is of great significance.This paper firstly analyzes the detailed process of career assessment,the participation roles of the system according to the actual circumstance,and the functional requirements of each module of the system,as well as the non-functional requirements of the system in terms of performance,security and usability.During the system scheme designing stage,designing the interactions between the system database server,interactive server Redis cache cluster,object storage service,Web server and application service.In the designing of system software level architecture,the paper uses Spring Cloud as service management architecture,Spring Boots as single service framework,Vue framework as the front-end system framework,dividing the system into the presentation layer,interface layer,service layer,data layer and storage layer.In the database design stage,analyze the entities of the system and the relationship between entities,and design the database table structure of the system.The career assessment platform consists of platform control subsystem and occupational assessment subsystem,and during the detailed designing stage,the paper makes detailed design on tenement management module,occupational scale management module,data statistics module of platform control subsystem,and users management module,career assessment management module,online answer module of occupational assessment subsystem and described the detailed designing of each module through the class diagrams and sequence diagrams.The system evaluation and actual operation results show that each functional module of career assessment platform passed the system functional test cases and met the expected requirements of the system.
