| Now is the information age.With the rapid development of computer and network technology in the current era,almost every company will use a different internal office management system for its personnel management,office processes,company information release,etc.Provides great convenience.The office management system can not only effectively improve the office efficiency of various departments,but also realize the information circulation between various departments more quickly.The process management system designed in this paper configures the process in the process template management page,customizes the departments and rules of the approval,which can be applied to all walks of life.In addition to the process management function,the system also has the functions of login authentication,user addition and activation/deactivation,role addition and activation/deactivation,role and authority binding,etc.by organically combining these functions with the process management function,the system can run safely and normally.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter analyzes and introduces the current background and related concepts of office management systems,and explains the current status of process management systems;the second The chapter introduces the B/S(browser/server)related technologies used in the office management system,conducts in-depth analysis and research on database related knowledge and the caching technology(Ecahe+Redis)used in the project.Through the analysis and comparison of the commonly used back-end framework technologies on the market,the framework SpringBoot suitable for this project is selected;the third chapter describes the overall requirements of the office process system Analyze and design the overall business logic framework of the system,design and select the data visualization technology framework,and introduce some basic functions(menu component folding,Druid monitoring,skin replacement);Chapter Four Introduced the system management modules of this project(users,departments,menus,roles,dictionaries,timed tasks),and explained the design and implementation of system access control in detail,and described the implementation of timed tasks.;The fifth chapter introduces the project’s core module process management module(process,form,etc.),in which form management realizes the dynamic customization of form fields,which greatly improves the flexibility of the system and the freedom of user operations;Six chapters are the summary of the project. |
