In recent years,with the support of favorable policies issued by the state,China's industrial Internet has developed rapidly.As the core value of industrial internet,mobile-end industrial APP not only carries the advantages of mobile internet,which is compact and lightweight,easy to obtain and disseminate,but also the accumulation and sediment of industrial knowledge and experience.It's "Empowerment","Assignment"and "Intelligence" role is increasingly prominent,which has broad market prospects and high research value.However,the rapid development of industrial Internet has brought about a large gap in the new generation of IT talents.To support the need to introduce comprehensive technical personnel in order to support the sustained advance of industrial APP under the background of new engineering education,this thesis studies the design and realization of the intelligent operation and maintenance industrial app component management and learning service platform for engineering cognition based on predictive maintenance.First of all,for industrial app developers need to learn the underlying principles of predictive maintenance algorithm,need to be able to experience industrial app cases in different industrial application scenarios,understand the development of product functional modules and component disassembling needs,this thesis takes wechat mini program as the carrier,design and realize the industrial predictive maintenance algorithm experience platform and industrial app case experience and component dismantling platform.Secondly,on the basis ides of low-code platform using visual graphical interface instead of traditional complex code development,which can quickly create applications and realize the rapid delivery of business applications,this thesis designs and implements rapid prototyping tool for developers in the industrial vertical field on the Web Side.On this platform,developers can not only design their own app prototype,but also download the designed case locally,run a complete end-to-end project to realize the rapid development of version 1.0 of the project.In addition,the platform also supports developers to upload,share and manage industrial app components,providing design ideas and component templates for actual project development.Finally,this thesis tests and verifies the system of mobile terminal and PC terminal respectively,and proves the feasibility of mini program and web platform function.The industrial app component management and learning service platform proposed in this thesis can help developers quickly start industrial app project development.
