Manufacturing industry plays an important role in China and the world economy,and chemical enterprises play a pivotal role in the manufacturing industry,so to develop chemical enterprises is conducive to the long-term development of the national economy.In the current situation of the outbreak of pneumonia,it can be seen that the production of masks,disinfectant and other chemical enterprises develop rapidly,and with the expansion of the enterprise scale,improve the enterprise management means should be upgraded.As an important management platform for modern enterprises,Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system can be regarded as an indispensable information management platform for enterprises.The application of ERP platform can operate and manage enterprises scientifically and efficiently and integrate information resources for the chemical industry.ERP system is a software system designed and completed by using modern enterprise management concepts.The application of ERP system can provide information technology for enterprise process management and effectively manage various internal and external resources for traditional chemical enterprises in the form of information system.At present,traditional chemical enterprises are faced with the situation of backward IT infrastructure and low educational background.In the face of this situation,some enterprises have not achieved satisfactory results in the application of ERP.Therefore,in terms of the research on ERP,the academic circle further discusses the methods suitable for ERP construction of chemical enterprises and introduces cloud computing technology.The combination of cloud computing and ERP does not require the enterprise to invest a lot of hardware costs,nor does it require special personnel to maintain,and ERP can be implemented and applied online quickly to improve work efficiency and reduce enterprise costs.A chemical industry enterprise in our country,therefore,this article selects the Atlantic group as a case,analyzes the western group,as a traditional chemical enterprises need business module,the research analyzes the core technology of cloud computing,cloud computing and service Oriented Architecture model(Servie-Oriented Architecture,SOA),the combination of using SOA the loosely coupled coarse-grained application components can be distributed deployment,combination and use of the characteristics of the effective implementation of cloud computing service.This system adopts B/S architecture mode,the development language is Java language,the database is SQL Server relational database,the main functions of ERP are designed and realized,including supply chain management,production management and financial management modules,and ERP is deployed to Google's GAE platform.Based on the above research results,the simulation tests,the experimental results show that the ERP system to achieve the business module and financial module integration function,has the characteristics of the cloud access anytime and anywhere,can solve the problem of limited access and deployment cycle long,reduce the cost of enterprise information,improve the ability of enterprise management,strengthen the key competitiveness of the chemical industry in the market,the transition of traditional enterprise to the digital enterprise.
