Entering into 21st century,with the continuous progress of the manufacturing information process and the continuous development of information network technology,enterprises are facing an increasingly intense domestic and international competition.Large-scale production organization can no longer meet the needs of the market.In order to identify any factors that affect the cost of the product and the quality of the product,improve the operational efficiency of the production line,and increase the flexibility and real-time performance of the plan.companies must improve their plant management and market competitiveness through the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System(MES).The urgent need for manufacturing enterprises to implement the system,taking into account the development trend of enterprises to networked manufacturing,research on MES has become a hot point of today's manufacturing enterprises.However,at present,most WEB-based MES still has some significant problems in scalability,coupling between software modules,system integration and system maintainability.The content of this thesis is based on jfinx manufacturing execution system development project of Hangzhou Rifa Intelligent Systems Engineering Co.,Ltd.After the field investigation of MES and analysis of the business needs of third-party customers and the existing problems of MES in the market,this paper studies the manufacturing execution system and its key technologies based on microservices.At the same time,this paper has also carried on the detailed function design and the development to the system software.Mainly from the following aspects of the show:First,this paper analyzes the customer's business function requirements for MES and the status quo of manufacturing execution system architecture.On the basis of this,we use the technology of Micro Service Architecture(MSA)to research the function module,architecture design and database model design of manufacturing execution system.Secondly,we do the research on the key technology of manufacturing execution system based on microservices architecture,including integration technology,unified call of microservices and microservice management.Finally,based on the above research,combined with the actual needs of enterprises,we design and develop each part of the manufacturing execution system based on microservices architecture in detail.The whole system consists of microservices such as manufacturing process,log report,system configuration and single sign-on.In the meantime,examples are given for each part of the research work.
