With the increase of data calculation,storage and network traffic,the application scale and distribution range of ATCA equipments are expanding,and it is also urgent to realize high-efficiency centralized and unified monitoring.It is a hot research field to apply IoT technology to the equipments monitoring by transforming ATCA equipments which can overcome shortcomings and improve capability of ATCA monitoring equipments.At present,ATCA monitoring system is mostly designed by low control degree of control IPMC,based on the standard architecture of ATCA system,and the internal management of ATCA is realized by using wired network interface at the monitoring end.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the ATCA monitoring systems according to requirements in reality,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The structure of ATCA monitoring system is studied by using LPWAN technology which can improve the actual operation and maintenance effect.According to research results,ATCA monitoring system based on NB-IoT technology is designed and implemented.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1)To solve the problems existing in ATCA monitoring system,such as low control degree of control board,limited monitoring range,difficult deployment and implementation,high operation and maintenance cost,based on the realization of IPMC self-control,this paper proposes to combine ATCA monitoring system structure in current network with NB-IoT technology in LPWAN technology.Through the comparative analysis of three NB-IoT application schemes,combined with current actual situation,a feasible scheme of fast wireless networking is proposed,and a data transmission node is designed based on this scheme.Combined with IPMC node,an overall design scheme of the system is proposed.Research shows that with the continuous updating of wireless cellular network,the continuous improvement of coverage and the more mature module chip,NB-IoT technology will have a deeper application in the field of ATCA equipments monitoring.(2)To improve the degree of self-control of IPMC node in ATCA monitoring system,this paper designs an IPMC acquisition node based on domestic chip GD32.This node uses GD32F450ZKT6 as the main control unit,communicates through IPMI protocol,and cooperates with a variety of peripheral sensor modules ATCA equipment health information,working environment temperature and humidity are sampled in real time,and the sampled data are stored and uploaded.The node sends the collected data to Sh MC unit through IPMB transmission mode.The test results show that the application effect of the node in the actual system deployment is good,which provides an important guarantee for the efficient operation and maintenance of ATCA equipment.(3)To realize the centralized and unified monitoring of ATCA equipment in many regions and widely distributed areas,this paper designs a transmission node based on NB-IoT technology.The main control unit of the node selects STM32L151RCT6 single chip microcomputer,collects the data from IPMC node in Sh MC node,transmits the data to NB-IoT transmission node through serial port,packages the data in NB-IoT data frame structure after data processing,and then transmits the data through NB-IoT network is sent to the Internet of things monitoring platform to realize the ultra long distance monitoring of ATCA equipment.The test results show that this design can not only realize the fast wireless networking of ATCA monitoring system,but also realize the effective data transmission of IPMI messages between Sh MC unit and NB-IoT module.Finally,a test environment is built,ATCA monitoring system based on NB-IoT technology is realized.The test results show that the joint action of IPMC collection node,Sh MC sink node and NB-IoT transmission node meets the actual needs of the ATCA monitoring system,and provides great value for the commercial application.
