As a new type of power measurement device,optical fiber voltage sensor has attracted wide attention due to its high measurement accuracy,strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability,measurement frequency bandwidth,and large dynamic range.As an important part of the optical fiber voltage sensor,the signal processing system plays an important role in improving measurement accuracy,observing voltage waveforms,and realizing remote communication functions.Therefore,this article takes the reflective inverse piezoelectric fiber optic voltage sensor as the research object,combined with the related technology of fiber optic gyroscope,and conducts the following in-depth research on its signal processing system:The thesis first designs a double crystal fiber voltage sensor structure based on photonic crystal fiber,and analyzes the sensing mechanism of the fiber voltage sensor.On this basis,a fiber optic voltage sensor system model was established,which was simulated for different signal input conditions,and optimized design for the system's digital controller's deficiencies.Secondly,according to the working principle of the optical fiber voltage sensor and the principle of digital closed-loop modulation,the overall hardware design scheme of the system is determined,and the hardware circuit of each part is designed according to the signal characteristics,and the circuit schematic and PCB design are completed.In response to the closed-loop feedback control requirements,the modules are divided according to functions,the verilog design language is used to complete the design of each sub-module,and the function of each module is simulated and verified.The FPGA design of the closed-loop control system of the optical fiber voltage sensor is completed.Finally,the prototype was built and the completed fiber optic voltage sensor system was actually verified.The prototype verified the correctness of the hardware circuit function and the design code,and realized the data transmission with the computer.In order to improve the system accuracy,the test was performed at room temperature.The open-loop data of the prototype was collected,and the noise in the data was processed by the wavelet threshold denoising method.The results showed that the wavelet processing effectively removed the noise in the data,while denoising,while retaining the characteristics of the signal,it improved Improve the system measurement accuracy.This subject has conducted in-depth research on the signal processing system of the reflective inverse piezoelectric optical fiber voltage sensor,completed its digital signal processing system design and realized the prototype construction,which is of great significance to promote the practical application of the reflective inverse piezoelectric optical fiber voltage sensor,It also provides a certain reference for the design of the signal processing system of the same type of optical fiber voltage sensor.
