With the development of sensing technology, sensors and actuators based onpiezoelectric effect have been widely used in many fields, and piezoelectric sensors andactuators will be more and more intelligent, integrated, miniaturization and highprecision. This topic that the theory and application integration of piezoelectric microsensors and actuators (Project No. QC08C09) comes from the Heilongjiang ProvinceYouth Science and Technology Foundation of teacher Shi Li ping. The theory ofmultiple piezoelectric effects of piezoelectric crystal are analyzed and confirmed byexperiment and simulation, and developing a generating actuation sensor by usingtheory of the first direct and secondary converse piezoelectric effect, the specific workas follows:On the basis of classical piezoelectric theory, dielectric theory and anisotropicelasticity theory, the multiple piezoelectric effects that start from the first directpiezoelectric effect under applied boundary conditions are analyzed, and the formulas offirst direct, secondary converse and tertiary direct piezoelectric effect are deduced.Establishing the PZT-5experimental structure and the finite element model of thefirst direct, secondary converse and tertiary direct piezoelectric effect with experimentalequipment and ANSYS, the voltage, force and displacement that generate by multiplepiezoelectric effects under the applied force are measured and separated. Theexperimental measurements and simulation results are compared with the theoreticaloutput to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis, and the reasonableness ofexperimental structural and established model.This paper proposes a method to store the charge generated by the first directpiezoelectric with circuit, and using the energy storage element that constituted by thecircuit and lithium batteries to power. Proposing a new method of develop a generating actuation sensor by selecting thecore components, determining the style of pretension, structure and case. The wholescheme is designed, and verifying the feasibility by experiment.
