Spot Image Recognition And Closed Loop Control System

The light path closed-loop control system, which is a closed-loop control system and can adjust light path closed-loop quickly by detecting the position of the laser spot, is an indispensable part of the large laser device.In this paper, an light path closed-loop control system was designed and realized. Firstly, the overall structure and regulation principle of the closed-loop control system were introduced. Secondly, the design and implementation process of each module in the light path closed-loop control system were described.The closed-loop control system of the light path can be manual and automatic controlled. Through an intuitive, convenient and easy operating machine interface based on MFC, it can choose different operation mode, and transmit information between PC system and controller by serial port class CSerialPort.The automatic adjustment of the light path is a closed-loop adjustment process. Firstly, the reflective mirror image is collected, and the position of the laser spot on reflective mirror is obtained by the image processing. Then the direction and distance of the moving direction of the stepping motor are calculated via the corresponding algorithm by comparing with the target location.In this paper, the image processing was simplified due to the environment where the equipment was placed, and the image processing scheme suitable for specific occasions was put forward. Manual and automatic adjustment interface were both designed for the system software. Then, the design flow and operation of the software were analyzed, and its performance was subsequently presented in detail. The results showed that this software can be used in the light path of the closed-loop control system.After the preliminary debugging, this optical path closed-loop control system can achieve the design requirements, and realize the manual and automatic adjustment of laser light path.
