The mobile Internet era has promoted the development of APP(Application).APP has been integrated into people's lives and brought people a more convenient life experience.Visually impaired people are a special group of users who use APP.Due to the lack of pertinence in APP design,visually impaired people cannot use APP easily and cannot obtain the information content of APP completely,and the user experience is not ideal.This article builds an evaluation system for the design of visually impaired users,which is helpful for designers to fully consider the needs of visually impaired users for APP use,respect the feelings of visually impaired users,and assist design decisions.Taking cognitive psychology as the starting point for research,this paper explores the process of visually impaired users' processing of interface information,and constructs a process model for visually impaired users' cognitive APP from three aspects:visually impaired users'perception characteristics,attention characteristics and memory characteristics;Grounded theoretical research methods explore the factors that affect the cognitive experience of visually impaired users,form original data through interviews with visually impaired users,and perform three-level coding analysis on the data to extract 16 influences composed of three dimensions:perception,attention,and memory Factors;use the analytic hierarchy process to establish the initial judgment matrix,check and modify the consistency of the judgment matrix through genetic algorithm,and obtain the optimal judgment matrix,use the AHP-entropy weight method to allocate the index weight;at the same time establish the decision matrix of the Vague set,And use the TOPSIS method to evaluate the level of the visually impaired user experience APP program,and get the ranking of the pros and cons of the program;finally select 6 reading sample APPs,rank them from the perspective of usability,and compare the results with the ranking results of the constructed APP evaluation system to verify The rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation system.The app cognitive experience evaluation system for visually impaired users proposed in this paper can be oriented to the perspective and needs of visually impaired users,rank the pros and cons of APP products,and screen out apps that are suitable for visually impaired users.It can also be used in the APP design process.Help the designer to optimize the design plan,find the ideal APP plan,so as to obtain the design basis,and complete the iteration of the product.
