Research On Library Management Thought From The Perspective Of "The Analects Of Confucius"

In recent years,with the upsurge of the revival of traditional culture,cultural classics have widely entered people's field of vision,and most of them are the three classics of "Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism",with Confucianism being the head.As one of the classics of Confucianism,"The Analects" is the source of the spiritual culture of the Chinese nation.This treasure of Chinese civilization,which has been passed down for thousands of years,shows great value in the form of character quotations.The library is the perfect expression carrier of the essence of Confucius' humanistic thought.With the help of the fusion of the rich philosophy of Confucius and the profound foundation of the library,the connotation of library management can be enriched.The author explores the relationship between the management ideas in "The Analects" and library management innovation from three directions: human-based management,knowledge management,and strategic management.Excavating local value orientations from the fertile soil of Chinese cultural classics not only makes the existing ideological concepts of library management evidence-based,but also makes the future development direction of library management traceable.It not only helps to promote national culture,but also helps guide the practice of library management innovation.Seeing these classics,which carry the long Chinese history and heavy humanistic value,have not been obliterated by the yellow sands of time,but have been passed down and continued in the cognition and practice of the descendants of Yan and Huang.
