Electric actuators have a very important role in the field of industrial control,and its running state is directly related to the reliability and safety of industrial production.Strictly ensuring the normal operation of electric actuators is the primary problem to ensure the safe operation of industrial sites.Under the background of more intelligent industrial automation,what this paper aims at the problem is that single index detection is time-consuming and laborious,and multi-index detection needs to be perfected.Based on the research on the structure and principle of electric actuator,using sensor technology,single chip microcomputer technology,touch screen technology and industrial Internet of things technology,taking the electric actuator produced by Tianjin Aomei Autocontrol System Company as the detection object,the detection system for electric actuator is designed.It is of great significance to ensure the quality of electric actuator,reduce the test cost,improve the stability and reliability of electric actuator.The work of detection system for electric actuator consists of the construction of the detection platform and the development of Web management platform,and the specific design and implementation of each module.The work accomplished in this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of self-check fault of intelligent electric actuator,the absolute encoder is used to collect the valve position of electric actuator,and a higher precision valve position is obtained by installing the absolute encoder directly to the output shaft of electric actuator.Compared with the feedback valve position obtained by fieldbus,this is used as the basis for the accuracy test of valve position.(2)The hardware and software design of the test board is completed with the idea of modularization,and the electrical system of the test table is built with each electrical component.The touch screen is used as the main station to realize the information interaction with the detection board and the electric actuator by fieldbus of Modbus,which completes the transmission of fault information of electric actuator.(3)According to the need of automatic test and manual test in actual detection,the test type of electric actuator is set through the software program design of touch screen,and the analog and digital quantity of electric actuator is detected.On this basis,the Web development based on the Flask framework is carried out,and the communication with the touch screen is realized through the Modbus-TCP protocol,which increases the network and intelligent function of the system.(4)According to the demand of automatic fault diagnosis of electric actuator,combined with the practical experience of field workers,the fault information of electric actuator is analyzed and the fault database is established,and the auxiliary examiner completes the fault maintenance work of electric actuator,which makes the detection system more intelligent.The system has been put into use of cooperative enterprises.The actual operation effect shows that the system can not only test the fatigue of electric actuators,but also realize the function of auxiliary fault diagnosis,help the testing personnel to carry out fault analysis,which meets the expected target and has certain practical application value and development prospect.
