Actuator's Fault Diagnosis Based On Information Fusion

Actuator is important in industrial control system.The actuator's faults always make direct effect in the control performance, ultimately lead to the serious consequence as sub-quality products etc. So the demands of ensuring the control process operate stably and economically, is raising the performer itself reliability,finding the fault in the operation process in time.In this paper, at first, multi-sensor data fusion theory is discussed; the methods and principles of the control system fault diagnosis are discussed;then the operation principle and the usual faults of the electric actuator are introduced, on this base, the experiment platform of actuator's fault is build, the typical fault is demonstrated in the experiment and the fault datas are recorded through the experiment; at last,data fusion method of fault diagnosis is presented. the result showed that the diagnosis method can diagnose the actuator's faults accurately.
