The Research Of Fault Diagnosis Algorithm For Electric Actuator Based On Filed Bus

As one of the important links of the industrial automatic control system, the actuator is relatively easier to make faults because often working in high temperature and high pressure of the bad environment. The fault of the actuator has a direct effect on control performance, therefore improving the reliability of the actuator itself and discovering in time the existence fault of the operation, is the basic requirements to sure the stable economic operation of the control process.The state information which the traditional electric actuator provides is less, and does not very well reflect its operation condition. This paper uses the data mining and analysis as a background, and takes VEB series of electric actuators of Beijing Huadian Tianren power and control technology Co., LTD for research object. In traditional electric actuator low reliability problems, and a kind of the electric actuator based on field bus fault diagnosis methods is put forward. The electric actuator, using the high performance ARM9processor and embedded real-time linux system, greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of complex industry control system, enhances in remote sensing and on-line modification, and other aspects of the function, and provides rich status information.First this paper discusses the theoretical knowledge of the data mining and data analysis, and introduces the mining association rules. And then it makes a simple explanation for the electric actuator based on field bus, analyzes the basic principle and common faults of the electric actuator, and builds the electric actuator fault diagnosis system experimental platform to win the experimental data. Finally the experimental data are analyzed means of statistical analysis and multidimensional association rule data mining algorithm, finally it obtains the related knowledge rules. The part of the rules have been verified, and proved the validity of the fault diagnosis system.
