Research On Chinese Government's News Release Strategy In Public Health Crisis

At the beginning of SARS in 2003,because our government blocked the information,it caused the crisis of public trust in the government.After the SARS crisis,our government attached great importance to the public health news release,vigorously promoted the construction and development of the press spokesman system and the government information disclosure system,and constantly improved the news release strategy From the perspective of public relations,this paper studies the characteristics,impact and government response strategies of public health emergencies.Novel coronavirus pneumonia is an example of the new crown pneumonia incident.This article analyzes the news conference on prevention and control of epidemic situation held by the people's Government of the State Council,the provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and finds that the strategy of press release has been changing continuously,and constantly meets the needs of the public information under the new media environment.For example,using 5g live technology to hold the epidemic prevention and control press conference,paying attention to the front-line staff of epidemic prevention and control,telling their own anti epidemic stories from the perspective of ordinary people and other strategies,shorten the distance between the government and the public,and improve the communication effect of the press conference.In addition,this paper also analyzes the problems and reasons of the government's news release in this epidemic,and discusses how to improve the government's news release strategy in public health emergencies.
