In this public health emergency,the spread and proliferation of Internet rumors to epidemic prevention work,social order and social network public opinion brought serious challenges,network rumor is imminent.In this paper,the new coronavirus epidemic was taken as an example,and the period from January 19,2020 to November 14,2020 was selected to control the epidemic.The 1371 Internet rumor refutation messages that appeared in the Xinguan Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Refutation Zone were used as research objects.137 random samples were selected as the final sample for content analysis.According to the research,the government is the agenda-setter in the network refutation of public health emergencies,and the expert opinion leaders play an irreplaceable role in refutation.In addition,the content of online rumor refutation is the hot topic that the public is most concerned about.It meets the public's information needs and reflects humanistic care.It is worth mentioning that,different from the previous network rumor,government micro-blog has become the main position of the network rumor.The public has shown a strong sense of media trust to mainstream media.Based on the above findings,this paper is committed to building a democratic network rumor dissemination paradigm,that is,the subject of rumor and the public should have two-way interaction,democratic participation.Through the democratic network rumor dissemination paradigm,understand the public needs,answer public doubts,correctly guide public opinion,and then fundamentally find a scientific rumor,improve the rumor information dissemination effect of efficient ways.
