IETM—Interactive Electronic Technical Manual is a concept which is used to describe how to generate complex technical documents, it uses computer technology and personal computer to assist complex technology system in maintenance and operation, which enables users to locate the required information faster and easier and configure the system by less time and space cost.Simultaneously, in the process of EMU speed-up, periodic testing is needed to ensure the reliability of the EMU.The number of components on EMU is huge,the system of EMU is very complicated, fault diagnosis of EMU operating data can effectively monitor the running status of the EMU to find out the cause of the fault as far as possible and debug the fault in time.Based on the above reasons, fault tree analysis and implementation of interactive electronic manual are studied and analyzed. Fault tree analysis is used to monitor and analysis EMU operating data to find the fault phenomenon and reasons and produce IETM according to the production process of IETM which is used to dubug EMU.The specific work is as follows:(1) Research on how to analyse the data of EMU with fault tree analysis, build up the fault trees for EMU traction system, braking system, power supply system and network control system and store and realize the fault tree.(2) Based on EMU debugging business process,the requirement analysis of system is introduced.The whole system is designed into two parts: The Central Server System and The Mobile Client System.The central server and the mobile client system are implemented, the implementation of center server includes the fault tree and IETM creation, the implementation of the mobile client system includes interface realization and function realization.(3) The function and performance of the central server system and the mobile client system are tested and analyzed. The center server is aimed at generating the EMU debugging IETM, thus, the result of IETM generation is tested and analyzed;The mobile client system is aimed at browsing IETM manual, the browsing effect of mobile client system is tested and analyzed consequently.
