By analyzing the status of not only domestic but international community building, we can come into a conclusion that the construction of Intelligent Community needs a platform which will provide the Community services. However, as for the construction of Community service platform, there is a huge difference between domestic and abroad.By deeply analyst of Community service, this thesis will adopt such methods as observation, research, and the qualitative analysis. From the analyst of community behavior to community service and service process, we can draw a conclusion that it is not a policy to build smart community cloud platform, it is also very necessary to build Smart Community. Through investigating and analyzing, to improve the methods of building Smart Community Cloud, get started from the real situation of Community needs and Community service, get supports from cloud service and big-data technology. By analyzing, the main purpose is to build a more efficient government, to large utilize resource, to enhance economic growth and also improving people's living standard. Providing better solutions based on construction thinking, to build the community service platform from top level. From my perspective, Smart Community Cloud Service Platform should build under constructing solutions to provide better solutions.The building of Smart Community Cloud Service Platform is open to us all, not only have an effective on community, but also to district and cities. Its economic efficiency and social benefit are enormous, it is the basic platforms of building Smart City.
