As early as in 2016,the state has promulgated a series of encouraging article a development policy,appeared such as "the Palace Museum," museum,a representative case,but domestic museum wen gen industry in its infancy,especially medium and small museum is limited by its size and talent resources,the article creates the product and the market and the museum cultural disconnect.Under the background of consumption upgrading,the public's demand for cultural and creative product design innovation is further enhanced.There are service design proposed to use industrial policies,thus based on the theory of service design to build museums and customized service platform to provide platform for users to information sharing,collaboration and win-win channels,meet consumers personalized needs and museums and designer resources cooperation,to promote small and medium-sized museum and the product development,thus achieve the purpose of protecting cultural heritage and museum.Based on current research status,this paper analyzes the service modes and characteristics of museum cultural and creative industry and the existing museum cultural and creative customization platform through literature research and case study methods,and summarizes the advantages and development opportunities.Then,through the research on the participants of the museum cultural and creative industry,three typical user groups of the platform are extracted:consumers,designers and museums.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted on the different needs of the three user groups,and 29 requirements of the three user groups for the museum cultural and creative customized service platform were preliminarily concluded.Finally,by combining Kano model,the type and priority of user demand elements are determined,and the user demand model of museum cultural and creative customization service platform is concluded.The research results of this project are as follows:First,the research on cultural innovation customization service platform for small and medium-sized museums expands the research content and perspective of the existing museum cultural innovation industry and cultural innovation customization service;Secondly,based on the perspective of service design,this paper optimizes and integrates user requirements from the perspective of typical user requirements,constructs the theoretical model of museum cultural and creative custom service platform for consumer user groups,designer user groups and museum user groups,and then conducts platform system architecture,design practice and usability testing.
